If the target of any sowcer is to maintain the fire without eliminating the flavour, this concoction hits the bull's eye. This high heat blast carries salty and smokey notes right til the end. Be mindful of the jolokia pepper as it will intensify and linger for a while like an old man at a deli. But ride it out, and I promise its worth it. If you wish to introduce a fellow high heat hitter to a sowce, grab and dab this on your remaining pizza crusts or chimmichangas, Will not disappoint!
