Refund policy
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days from the date of purchase. We’ll gladly offer a refund or send you a replacement—whichever you prefer.
How to Request a Refund/Replacement
To process your refund or replacement, please email us at orders@lucifershouseofheat.com with the following information:
- A photo of the damaged or defective item(s)
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll respond as quickly as possible to resolve the problem!
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or defects.
Shipping Costs
- Refunds: If your refund is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Replacement Shipping: If you’re receiving a replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping it to you.
Stolen Packages
Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier, including proof of delivery (POD), are considered successfully fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks for packages reported lost or stolen after delivery.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and it arrives damaged or defective, we can issue a replacement or a gift credit for the value of the item.
Event Booking Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any event cancellations. If you need to cancel your booking, please email orders@lucifershouseofheat.com or call our store at 236-429-8641. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Pepper Seeds
*** WE DO NOT WARRANTY OR REPLACE SEEDS IF THEY FAIL TO GERMINATE.
Unfortunately, there are too many variables out of our control which can result in unsuccessful growth.
Germination instructions MUST be followed for successful results.
That includes keeping the seeds moist and warm at ALL times during germination. And no peat pots!
