Shipping
Online orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of the next business day.
Shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped.
You can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days after it has been shipped.
*Delays may occur due to certain postage/shipping conditions that are out of our control.
*Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier, including proof of delivery (POD), are considered successfully fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks for packages reported lost or stolen after delivery.
Rates
Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and the destination address. During checkout, our system connects with multiple carrier services to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date rates for your order.
Western Canada FREE Shipping - Orders over $100 (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba)
Eastern Canada FREE Shipping - Orders over $120 (Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador)
*Northern Provinces/Territories are excluded from free shipping due to much higher shipping costs.
*International orders are excluded from free shipping due to much higher shipping costs.
International Shipping, Customs and Duties
International shipping is now open to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
International customers will be responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be incurred upon delivery.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is only available at our retail store in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Local pickup orders will be prepped and ready for you within 24-48 hours.
When picking up your order, please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email. This helps us ensure a smooth and secure pickup experience.
