This is a very complex sauce. Both the peaches and Habaneros are smoke with real hardwood and then slow-cooked with Mustard, Molasses, Brown Sugar, and spices to give an incredibly rich sauce that has great flavour and intense heat. Use this with all red meat or grilled vegetable dishes.
