Mastodon turns up the savory side of Hot Ones Season 31 with Thai Chili Miso, a deeply flavorful blend of red Thai chili peppers, roasted red pepper, rice vinegar, and sweet brown miso. The fermented richness of miso balances the peppers’ slow-building burn, creating a heat that sticks around long after the first bite. An umami-packed addition to noodles, rice, dumplings, stir-fries, and more.

Ingredients: Thai Chili Mash (Red Thai Chili Peppers, Salt, Vinegar), Rice Vinegar, Roasted Red Pepper, Sweet Brown Miso (Deep Well Water, Organic Brown Rice, Organic Soybeans, Sea Salt, Organic Sea Vegetables, Koji Culture), Red Wine Vinegar
