Queen Majesty Red Habanero & Black Coffee Hot Sauce (5oz) - this sauce perfectly balances an exciting flavor with a sensational heat. This is our hottest recipe, we use more than twice the amount of hot peppers than in our Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Sauce. Our RHBC sauce also differs from the other 2 sauces because it does not have any citrus juice, but it does have 3 types of vinegar: our own dark roasted coffee-infused vinegar, Bragg's apple cider vinegar and for extra depth of flavor we add in some pure balsamic vinegar. There won't be an overwhelming coffee flavor but what it does add is a nice smoky darkness that stands up to the intense flavor of the red habaneros. This sauce works great with rich foods like chilis, stews and pizza. You can also try mixing it with ketchup for fries and burgers, or add as-is to the perfect falafel sandwich. Our preference is to put it on everything.

HEAT LEVEL = PRETTY HOT

We use all-natural ingredients so sometimes the color and heat of the sauce may vary slightly from batch to batch but the taste will be the same!

Coffee hot sauce? Yes!

The coffee flavour in this one is more pronounced than we expected, which is a good thing. It actually works surprisingly well with the other flavours this sauce has going on. The heat is definitely there, but for an experienced hot sauce enthusiast, it’s not one to blow the roof off. However, it does lend itself to a nice mouth burn that is enjoyable yet manageable. Despite being a fairly vinegary sauce, it holds the acidity to an acceptable level. This sauce would be good on a variety of foods, as the flavours are fairly versatile.
