This extra hot sauce features Trinidad Moruga Scorpion peppers that can reach upward of a million Scoville units. Combined with earthy Arbol chilis, they make this sauce a scorcher. Luckily, sweet tart pomegranate juice, black garlic and oregano deliver sweet and savory flavor that just might distract you from the burn.
