I bought 7 different sauces this was #2 that I opened. This was amazing. Surprising to me firstly it is a watery sauce I like a thicker hot sauce. Secondly because vinegar is the first ingredient and I hate when then vinegar is all you taste. This was all flavour. You taste the vinegar or maybe it is the lime but it did not over power like most. Whatever I love it and so did my husband who does not like heat I will be ordering it again. All that being said it's not that hot but soooooo good.

This is one of the mildest hot sauces I have tried, but the flavour is amazing. Lots of lime and garlic with a hint of cilantro. Really good on tacos or any kind of Mexican food. It's nice that price is low because it is easy to use a lot of this sauce.

My only complaint is I don't like this style of bottle. I've had other sauces in these Stubby bottles and I find it hard to pour without dripping and the neck seems to get clogged more easily than other styles.
