Bulk Yellow Scotch Bonnet Mash

Ordered pepper mash twice now, both times were extremely frustrating. The statement that says ready to ship within 24 hours or ready to pick up is utter BS, never happened. It’s four days now and nobody knows where my product is. Somebody might phone the warehouse, somebody might go to the warehouse, It’s pretty ridiculous. Somebody needs to pull this end of the business together, or perhaps it’s time to ditch the wholesale of sauces and mash and just stick to the restaurant which I’ve heard is good, but I really don’t have a desire to go there after this experience

I didnt care for the Mash at all. I doubt that it was Scotch Bonnet Peppers.
