my fault

its not because of you at all, I realised only afterwards, by looking at the labels, that some of the hot sauces need to be refrigerated. We are a brewery tasting room and dont keep the hot sauces in a fridge. I should have looked closer and only ordered shelf stable hot sauces. I cant trust all my staff to keep the sauces in the fridge and also it doesnt present very well.
