If you're into the really hot stuff this will likely appeal to you. It's one of the hottest non extract sauces I've tried and frankly I'm surprised there aren't any reviews on it because unlike a lot of sauces that are extracts this is basically a reaper/ghost blend with all of its heat derived purely from the worlds hottest peppers. That being said, go watch smokin' Ed talk about the carolina reaper in terms of flavor, it has very pleasing floral notes and also a little on the sweet side, exactly how he describes it. You can use this stuff on a lot of things from rice to chicken...even veggies believe it or not. In case anyone is wondering, it's one or two notches down the ladder in terms of heat when compared with Da Bomb or 357. If those sauces are 10/10 I would give this sauce about 8.5. Scoville ratings can be deceiving.
