Great Customer Service

The customer service received from Andrew has been awesome. He's been very flexible with regards to delivery dates, which is appreciated. The sauces have been really nice too. Tocha is a favorite, and the Hearbeat series are all good.

The best subscription that money can buy!!

Over the last +4 years I have been sending my husband the Hot Sauce Subscription and the quality of the hot sauces has been the best!! My husband who is a hot sauce snob and only likes the hottest and tastiest sauces has enjoyed all the ones we have received. The ease of the subscription and being able to choose the different heat levels was the biggest selling point for me. The shipping and packing all well done. Once we get through the 2 shelves of hot sauces we have in the fridge, we will be starting up the subscription again. Thank you so much!!!

Hot Sauce Subscription

Was on the 6 Month subscription for a year and was very impressed with the quality and variety of sauces I revieced. Both times I consumed the 4 bottles within 3 months and was left waiting and excited for the next one. I have changed my subscription to 3 month becuase the quality, variey and above all else the service is top notch. As long as they are in buisness I will be a subscriber 10/10.
