Inspired by my good friend, Jorge who mentioned that the sauces I make are great in flavor, but could be more spicy. Be warned, Jorge grew up in a country where they drink hot sauce for breakfast. This sauce is made with fresh Scorpion peppers, currently the second hottest pepper in the world. A combination of fresh herbs and spices and other ingredients will not only give you the burn you desire, but make it a pleasant flavor sensation at the same time.
Ingredients: Ghost Peppers, Trinidad Scorpion Peppers, Jalapenos, Water, Cider Vinegar, Onion, Maple Syrup, Fresh Herbs and Spice.
